Rink Rats Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To start a return, please contact us first at admin@snipersports.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.

Please note:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
• A return postage fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover shipping costs. We can either provide you with a pre-paid label or you can organise shipping yourself (shipping must include tracking)
• Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or the item is incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
